Of Counsel for González Tapia Lawyers in matters of telecommunications, consumer law. He has work experience in both the public and private sectors, participating in various administrative, civil, commercial, criminal and labor litigation, as well as assisting in advising national and international clients on matters of business management.

Responsibly and efficiently, he concentrates his practice in competition law, telecommunications, civil and administrative litigation, constitutional law and intellectual property.

He is currently a member of the Collegiate Bodies of the Dominican Telecommunications Institute (INDOTEL).


He is a graduate of the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), receiving the academic title of a law degree in 2011, he also has a master's degree in law of economic regulation of said high school in 2013.

He has taken several diplomas in different areas of professional practice, including administrative law, telecommunications, litigation, civil procedure, commercial law, consumer law and immigration law.

Currently holds a master's degree in administrative procedural law at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
