Senior lawyer of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group of González Tapia Abogados. He has work experience both in the public and private sectors, participating in various administrative, civil, commercial, criminal and labor litigation, as well as assisting national and international clients in business management matters.

Responsibly and efficiently, he concentrates his practice in civil litigation, administrative law, competition law, telecommunications, electricity sector regulation, financial regulation, constitutional law and intellectual property.

Before joining our firm, he performed similar functions in other prestigious law firms in the Dominican Republic, as well as in entities of the State administration.


He is a graduate of the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), receiving the academic title of a law degree in 2011, he also has a master's degree in law of economic regulation of said high school in 2013.

He has taken several diplomas in different areas of professional practice, including administrative law, telecommunications, litigation, civil procedure, commercial law, consumer law and immigration law.

Currently holds a master's degree in administrative procedural law at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
