Focus on ethical values and confidence in the development of work in a responsible manner, govern the day-to-day of this young lawyer who currently serves as junior lawyer of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group of our firm.
Emmanuel Castillo concentrates his practice in civil law, especially in civil and commercial litigation, as well as labor law. Before joining to González Tapia Abogados, he served in various areas of law as criminal, civil and commercial law, in different national and foreign judicial instances.
He graduated Cum Laude from the law degree of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) in the year 2016. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in civil law and civil procedure of the same high house of studies.
Likewise, he has participated in several courses on arbitration and civil procedure.
In 2015 he completed his diploma in transnational law and legal practice at the prestigious Law School of the University of Washington.
