Ethics, discipline and legal argumentation are qualities that define Felix Pujols, who focuses his practice in administrative, constitutional, economic administrative law and sectoral regulation, focused on consumer law and users of the banking, real estate, telecommunications, electricity, health, social security, insurance, and other unregulated economic sectors.

He currently serves as senior lawyer and director of our firm's Government and Corporate Practice Group.

He is a litigation lawyer, with more than 12 years of experience in public law, both administrative and constitutional and economic criminal, consumer rights, sectoral economic regulation, as well as cultural rights.

He is a writer, essayist, lecturer, teacher-facilitator in conferences, workshops and seminars on consumer rights.

He gained extensive experience in State institutions such as the Ministry of Culture and the National Directorate of Cultural Heritage.

He enjoyed prominent promotions in Pro-Consumer directing several of his departments, including: Public Ministry investigations for consumer protection, conciliation department, legal consulting and consumer advocacy; With an accumulated experience of almost 8 years. For its contributions and the development of the exercise of administrative law in the institution, in 2012 was recognized as the employee of the year.


EDUCATION

Graduated from the master's degree in law of the State Administration, promotion 2013-2015 of the University of Salamanca Spain, and the Global Institute of Higher Studies in Social Sciences (iGLOBAL).

He holds a postgraduate degree in economics and consumer law from the University of Castilla la Mancha Spain; And Pontifical Catholic University Mother and Teacher (PUCMM) of the period 2010-2011.

He is also a graduate of the law degree of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo (UCSD) in 2005.

He has participated in various diplomas and seminars related to administrative and constitutional law, consumer arbitration, commercial arbitration and other alternative methods of conflict resolution, criminal law and criminal procedure, consumption and product safety, among others.
